
KAF Community Engagement & Impact Internship - Kranzberg Arts Foundation
Description:
The Community Engagement & Impact Internship at the Kranzberg Arts Foundation offers students interested in public programming, arts administration, or nonprofit leadership a practical, community-rooted experience. Interns will support the Foundation’s work in cultivating partnerships, executing events, and gathering meaningful feedback on our engagement strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as an administrative liaison to the Community Engagement Director and Programs and Partnerships Director.
- Assist with planning and implementing community activations and public events.
- Support outreach to partner organizations, artists, and schools.
- Help coordinate materials for tabling, information-sharing, and program visibility.
- Work with the Program and Partnerships Coordinator to track attendance, survey responses, and other impact data.
- Participate in on-site support and event documentation.
Qualifications:
- Must have accepted a Federal Work-Study award for the current academic year.
- Interest in community organizing, the arts, or nonprofit work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable engaging with the public and handling logistics in live settings.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
