Youth Learning Center - Enrichment Coach

As directed by the Leader of Curriculum Development, responsible for implementing supportive activities to assist K-8 students in achieving program goals. The enrichment coach will lead small groups of students in a variety of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) enrichment activities. The enrichment coach may also supervise students engaged in recreational activities. This position is part-time, Monday through Friday on days when school is in session from 2:30PM until 6:30PM.

Screening Requirements:

3. Family Care Safety Registry background check (fee covered by YLC)
4. Drug screen provided by Concentra (fee covered by YLC)
5. Big Five work style assessment

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. 60+ hours of completed college coursework (i.e., at least Junior standing)
2. Experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
3. Must be computer literate in a Windows and Mac environment
4. Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
