As directed by the Chief Programs Officer, performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties include greeting visitors, database maintenance, data entry, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing volunteers and students, word processing, and filing. This position is part-time, Monday through Friday when school is in session. Two shifts are available: the morning shift from 6:30AM to 8:30AM, and the afternoon shift from 2:30PM until 6:30PM.

  4. Drug screen provided by Concentra (fee covered by YLC)
  5. Big Five work style assessment

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 40+ hours of completed college coursework (i.e., at least Sophomore standing)
  2. Experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  3. Must be computer literate in a Windows and Mac environment
  4. Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Students are required to provide their own transportation.
