Purpose of Job: The Administrative Associate will work under the supervision of the Director of Operations to create and assist in the implementation of policies to support the staff at The Bridge. Students available for full academic year encouraged to apply.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong computer and writing skills are necessary, along with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Additional Duties Include:

  • Assist in processing payroll
  • Assist in maintaining organized records
  • Provide general support for agency including general filing, general copying, supply ordering, and mailing preparation
