Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to Director of Operations & Development
  • Manage office procedures and recommend changes as needed
  • Assist with scheduling, gift processing, intra-office communication, and other daily tasks
  • Prepare reports and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain efficient and orderly records and files
  • Answer phones, respond to requests for information and relay telephone messages
  • Manage administrative storage and archival files
  • Maintain office space, including inventory and maintenance of office supplies
  • Work with Development and Operations Manager in preparing information and assembling mailing lists Produce thank-you letters weekly
  • Keep information folders for prospective donors up-to-date and in stock
  • Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and applications
  • Provide logistical support for assist at special events
