The Fit and Food Connection - Events Intern (Remote)

We are looking for individuals to help us with our events from start to finish. Work can be done remotely.

Interns will assist with: Event planning from start to finish Contacting individuals, entities and organizations needed to plan the event Creating fundraising event ideas Soliciting sponsorships and community involvement Soliciting auction items, raffle prizes, etc. Logistic issues: locations, equipment needed, etc. Promoting and marketing events

Interns must possess: People skills, Excellent communication skills written and oral, Ability to stay calm under pressure, Excellent organizational skills, Great customer service when interacting with vendors and suppliers, Creativity.
