Help manage our intake line for our Food Pantry.

Interns will assist with: Managing Intake line Monitoring Food Access Intake voicemail Returning calls to prospective clients Processing families for food delivery or other alternatives to receive food Update and maintain food access clients’ information in the food delivery spreadsheet.

Interns must possess: Ability to communicate effectively, listen closely and convey information clearly Excellent customer service Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Empathy and compassion
