Fit and Food Connection - General Fit and Food Intern

The Fit and Food Connection is a nonprofit organization based in St. Louis that works to provide access to healthy food, fitness classes, holistic group wellness education, and one on one coaching to communities in need. This position includes a variety of tasks such as picking up and dropping off materials for the organization, attending our in-person wellness programs to help the instructors and Program Director, researching various topics, and assisting with other necessary administrative tasks.

Interns should be able to commit for a minimum of one year, must be located in St. Louis, and have own transportation. Hours are flexible, and interns are not required to work in office. We are looking for interns that are independent thinkers and creative individuals.
