Good Life Growing is a social enterprise located in the city of St. Louis that has core values embedded in the revitalization and beautification of decrepit and dilapidated properties that plague a vast majority of North St. Louis. The process of revitalizing and beautifying these properties begins with the purchasing and/or leasing of these vacant properties and converting/re-purposing them into revenue generated micro-farms.
CSFWS students who wish to be placed with Good Life Growing will have a wide array of job duties/roles. The duties/roles include, but are not limited to: farm maintenance, product preparation (transplanting, harvesting, washing, packaging, etc.), store maintenance (routine inventory check, interacting with customers, etc.), and aquaponic/hydroponic warehouse grow maintenance (seeding, transplanting, harvesting, and all other day-to-day operations consistent with maintenance of aquaponic and hydroponic grow racks).
