Youth Development Specialist - Gene Slay Boys Club
Supervise Boys’ Club members
- Provide guidance and be a role model to members
- Engage in activities and games with youth
- Build sustainable relationships with youth, parents and staff
- Establish an environment that ensures the health and safety of club members
- Communicate curriculum plan to youth throughout program schedule
- Assist Boys’ Club members with homework and acquiring strong study skills
- Maintain accurate records on youth participation and educational skills
- Complete other duties as assigned for the overall operations of the Boys’ Club
