Casa de Salud - Administrative Assistant
Description:
The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide organizational and administrative support to the VP of Operations surrounding Casa de Salud’s clinic, mental health, and guia programs. Maintain accurate documentation in all volunteer and patient files. Project-specific opportunities may be available. Hours are flexible, standard shift is 3-5 hours with max 15 hours per week.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Typical duties include:
- Admin tasks - document creation, policy research, presentation polishing
- Clinic documentation – assist patients with intake documentation, data entry, fax records
- General tasks – research local resources for patients’ social service needs, social media organizing, as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite software
- Strong professional written communication skills
- Knowledge of clinical and healthcare-related concepts
- Commitment to working with underserved patient populations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
- Bilingual in English and any other language
